Understanding Your Coverage
To determine if our services are included in your plan, we strongly recommend you contact your insurance carrier directly prior to your first session.
Payment Methods
Session fees can be settled using most major credit and debit cards or cash. Your chosen payment method must be securely documented before your scheduled appointment time.
Private Pay & Cancellation Policy
We gladly accept private pay client. Self pay rate is $180 for a follow up and $210 for an intake/initial assessment. Kindly note there are fees charge for any appointment canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as for no-show appointments.
Out-of-Network Coverage & Superbills
If I am not in-network with your specific insurance provider, you may still be able to receive reimbursement for our sessions through your "Out-of-Network" benefits.
Upon request, I can provide you with a Superbill. This is a detailed, itemized receipt that includes all the clinical information (such as diagnosis and procedure codes) required by insurance companies. You can submit this document directly to your insurer to seek partial reimbursement for the cost of your sessions.
Pro Tip: I recommend calling your insurance company’s member services line and asking: "Do I have out-of-network benefits for outpatient mental health, and if so, what is my reimbursement rate for a superbill?"
